A − Action
B − Belief
C − Consequences

1. “Picture” an Action that happened recently.
2. What were your Beliefs about that event?
3. What were the Consequences of your beliefs?

• What was your emotional response to that Action? Were you happy or angry?
• What behavior did you display based on your Beliefs? Did you clap your hands in joy or slam your
...fist down in anger and frustration?
• What was your physiological response − or the Consequences of your beliefs? Did you become calm
...or develop a headache?
