The Kinetic Connection

Staying Young At Heart

The artistic and scientific elements of dance can transform your fitness workout, sports program, or everyday activity. Improving cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone and flexibility are extremely important. A more rewarding discovery awaits you on your quest for a strong and freely moving body. Fit Simply puts the focus on how physical fitness provides harmony in your life, a balanced body alignment, mental stillness, and emotional equilibrium.

Our simple strategies teach you how to participate wholeheartedly in a fitness regime, sport, or any routine activity, such as walking the dog. Our exercises help you rediscover and enhance your natural grace and suppleness.

Our seminars provide you with simple tools for working out smarter rather than harder. Paying attention to the quality of your movements instead of the quantity awakens the body and stimulates the mind. Practice wellness through a regular form of physical activity without any outside distractions in order to enrich your life. This kind of “focused movement time,” helps you get stronger from the “inside out.”

Fit Simply makes it easy for fitness to come first in your life through practical, fun exercises. Our programs increase your energy levels so that you can easily tolerate the continuous changes of life with skill, balance and sensitivity.

Fitness affects every aspect of our lives. Health is a condition of the whole person. We want to connect our intention to "staying young at heart" with your goal to feeling great. Fit Simply is the program that will allow you to experience balance, vitality, and the joy of moving.

Live Forever Young Tip Of The Month

Luckily you don't have to be a superwoman like 70-year-old Lori, who participates in Ironman competitions − to enjoy the immune-boosting benefits of exercise.

Researchers were startled by Lori’s blood-test results.  Scientists have long known that immune defenses − the vast army of specialized cells that course through the bloodstream, constantly alert to bacteria, viruses, and other threats − typically decline with age.  The slow, steady falling off begins before most people reach their thirties.  By the age of 70, the immune system may be working at only about the half its youthful peak.  But Lori’s  immune system was as robust as an active 20-year-olds.

A habit of regular exercise may slow the natural aging of the immune system and provide lifetime protection from many illnesses.  Also a healthier heart, sturdier bones, and a leaner physique offer plenty of incentives to stay fit.
